I had to pick up this Kraft veggie mac at the Dollar Tree last week... I'm guessing it wasn't selling well to be there but I must say it was great!  Well, I'm a fan of Kraft from the get-go and I don't buy it often, if at all, because it's too easy to eat too much.  So this was a special treat and I loved the hidden nutrition.  I made salmon croquettes (a childhood favorite) and lima beans.  Nothing about this meal was too special, but it's my definition of comfort food and I enjoyed it so much.

The Weekend

What can go wrong when you start the weekend with a sangria swirl margarita? 

We had way too much fried seafood at Bowen's. I'll be ready to go again in oh, another year.

 We had a fun date night Saturday with Kristina and her husband, Brian.

Rounded out the weekend with The Hunger Games last night, pretty good.
