This past Friday we went out to Bugby Farm on Wadmalaw to pick strawberries. Perfectly ripe and juicy, we came home with a huge bucket!
Yesterday afternoon I decided to use some puff pastry I've had in the freezer to make strawberry tarts.
They turned out great!
We still have a bunch of fresh berries to eat up this week...
Happy Monday, we are off to the POOL!
