The Cutest Baby Shower Game Ever!

Have you seen this game before?
I haven't been to that many baby showers, and this game just tickled me so much!  Four of my friends put on a shower for Jennifer, whose little Sally Ann will be here before we know it.  Here are a few more pics from the adorable party:
