It's Friday Eve! We've got a busy weekend ahead so I'm posting my highfive a day early this week.

"Ain't Too Proud's" North America tour was awesome! It was definitely worth the trip to Charlotte to see the show again. Brought me back to Pre-covid in NYC.
We had dinner at this old school family Italian restaurant, Open Kitchen. I wish Charleston had something remotely like this in Charleston. Nothing fancy, but so much charm.

Another great year at VBS. The girls both had a great time.
MB was pretty easy to find because she was the ONLY child that did not wear the VBS tshirt to the Friday performance. This girl is strong willed and I'm impressed that the teacher realized it wasn't worth the fight. Lord help us with this one.

Took the kids crabbing last Sunday. There were definitely a few "This is boring!" comments, but it was a fun (hot!) day.

We had a porkloin in the freezer and I had this idea to turn it into kabobs to make it a little more exciting. I marinated the pork in teriyaki and layered with canned pineapple rings. K grilled them Saturday night, yum!

It's Back to School Monday for the girls so I hope to share some snaps of the weekend soon.
