My brother is the family chef, with experience from Hall's Chophouse to Lana and more.  He never fails to deliver creative and unique cuisine, while I tend to stick to classics and comfort foods. I invited him over for dinner tonight and baked some simple (and huge!) parmesan chicken breasts.  Bill showed me how to liven up my basic parmesan risotto with spinach and almonds.  The nutty crunch was delightful and I didn't need a vegetable side!  I can't wait to see what he teaches me next week.
